Increasingly, I have been receiving phone calls from families all around Pennsylvania looking for a criminal
defense attorney for their adult or child who had some sort of disability. Unfortunately, to date there no list existed
of attorneys who had experience or interest in taking on these cases. SO, with the help of the PA Bar Association
and the PA Criminal Defense Association and several County Bar Associations I have developed a partial list. I hope
you never have to use this list but in case you do, I have done my best to provide this partial list. If you know
an attorney who would like to be listed feel free to contact me. I am happy to add names at any time.

I have created
this list of attorneys who are willing to accept referrals in criminal law, and as possessing experience-representing clients
with issues related to disabilities, MH, MR, Autism, Developmental Disabilities.... I am not recommending or endorsing these
attorneys or guaranteeing that any of them will be able to take any specific case or to obtain a specific result. I
am providing this list to help individuals and advocates locate an appropriate attorney for their needs.
The decision to hire an attorney from this list, or any private attorney, is a personal decision. Please note that these attorneys
charge for their work. If families decide to contact one or more of these attorneys, they will need to discuss that
attorney’s rates with him or her.
