SPEAK Unlimited Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (formerly Silent No More Inc.) created in 2003 by Susan Rzucidlo and based in Pennsylvania.  SPEAK Unlimited mission is to “serve those who serve and help those in need.” We provide educational and vocational advocates, First Responder and community training, safety tools and training to assist individuals in acquiring the skills and supports needed to live as independently as possible in their home communities being involved in activities of their choosing

We produce unique safety tools at a low cost to first responders, educators,and medical professionals, assisting them in their efforts to positively interact with disabled individuals. We also provide information and support to families of individuals with disabilities. We are most well known for our Police Communication Board. We have produced and sold approximately 50,000 police boards as of January 2007. The Premise Alert System is the second statewide program that we have developed.
