Susan F. Rzucidlo is the founder and President of SPEAK Unlimited
Inc. She provides presentations and trainings to parent groups, self-advocate organizations and professionals.
In conjunction with training and developing programs, Rzucidlo has authored a series of safety handouts and tools for both
families and First Responders.
She partnered with Police
Chief Kevin McCarthy to create picture communication boards, which were distributed to every police officer in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania in 2005, to date over 60,000 communication Boards have been sold nationwide to police, EMS, hospitals and
schools.
She co-authored the Premise Alert System; which
was gifted to the state April 7th, 2008 as a statewide cross-disability safety program that supports individuals living with
challenges and disabilities, families, police officers and Emergency Services. This program
Her work has been widely recognized by police organizations, stakeholder groups,
advocacy, development disability, professional organizations and community leaders. She is a highly sought out speaker who
provides down to earth, doable information that can be used by parents and professionals.
She presented to the Pennsylvania Police Chiefs Association in July and is a speaker at the Penn State
National Autism conference in August 2008.

lives with her husband, Robert and four children in Landenberg, Pennsylvania.
